- Access: Vehicle access, No stairs or steep slopes. If we are not notified of any potential access issues at the time of booking additiontal delivery fee's may apply.
- 10amp Power outlet: 2 x Within 30m of setup location.
- Ground must be flat and level
🌍 Surface Types
✅ Outdoors – Grassed Surface (Standard)
- Flat and level ground only
- No mud, gravel, or dirt surfaces
- We will stake the jumping castle securely to the ground
✅ Outdoors – Hard Surface (Concrete/Asphalt)
- Each anchor point must be weighted to 160kg of force
- We can help organise suitable weights
- Note: Weights incur an additional charge
✅ Indoors
- Must be inside a fully enclosed building (4 walls & roof)
- Indoor use is only permitted where wind cannot affect the inflatable
