Delivery Infomation

To offer both the widest variety and best value inflatable amusement hire in Cairns, we operate a streamlined warehouse model. This means all party hire equipment is supplied via our delivery and collection service only โ€” we do not offer customer pick-up.

We usually group a number of deliveries within the same area together to allow for more efficient transport, offloading, and collection.

We offer two delivery service types:

  • Standard Delivery (Flexible)
  • Restricted Delivery

Standard Delivery (Flexible)

Standard delivery is our most flexible option and is suitable for the majority of residential event hires.
  • You have a flexible delivery and collection time that is not restricted.
  • For example, so long as delivery is made before your event start time, your equipment may be delivered earlier
    (up to 1โ€“3 days prior) and collected later on the day of your event or even 1โ€“3 days after.
    No additional hire charges apply if this occurs.
  • Your event hire times must fall within our standard operating hours:
    7:00am โ€“ 5:00pm Monday to Saturday and 8:00am โ€“ 4:00pm Sunday.
  • All inflatables are installed by our team. Provided the setup area is within 25 metres of where our vehicle can park
    and suitable access is available, equipment can also be transported into backyards.
  • No additional delivery costs apply unless there are access issues such as stairs, slopes, or gravel.
  • Standard flexible delivery is free between Palm Cove and Edmonton.
  • Delivery outside of Palm Cove to Edmonton will be quoted individually.

Restricted Delivery

Restricted delivery and collection fees apply in addition to other separate charges and are assessed on a case-by-case basis when your booking falls outside our standard flexible delivery conditions.
  • You require a specific delivery or collection time and cannot accept a flexible delivery window during normal business hours, as outlined under Standard Delivery.
    • Example 1: Your event is at a park from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. You have only booked the area for those hours and cannot allow earlier delivery or later collection. A restricted delivery fee applies.
    • Example 2: Your event is at a hotel from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The venue needs the function room back the next morning and cannot store the equipment, so collection must occur that night. An after-hours fee may apply, depending on the equipment quantity, venue, and location.
  • Your party hire equipment needs to be transported more than 25 metres from where our vehicle can park.
  • Your equipment needs to be moved via stairs, lifts, escalators, steep driveways, or sloping access. A Stair/Lift Fee may apply depending on the equipment quantity, venue, and location.
    • Example 1: Your office is located on Level 4 in Cairns City.
    • Example 2: Your inflatable is being set up in a backyard, but access requires going up steps or along a steep driveway.
  • You have a large quantity of equipment, and additional delivery or labour charges are required to cover the extra unloading, transport, setup, or pack-down time.

Minimum Regional Delivery Amounts

These minimums represent the minimum equipment hire value required for us to service your area.
They apply to equipment hire only and do not include staffing, delivery surcharges, difficult access fees,
or any other event-specific charges where applicable.

Minimum equipment hire for deliveries outside the Cairns local area is based on the
one-way travel distance from Cairns to your event location.
