Grass The equipment can be set up on a firm grassed area where anchoring pegs can be driven into the ground. The grassed area must be flat and level. We do not set up on mud, loose gravel, or unstable ground.
Indoors Indoor setups must be inside a fully enclosed building with walls and a roof that protect the inflatable from wind. An undercover area without walls is not considered an indoor setup.
Concrete Outdoors For safety, outdoor setups on concrete must be secured using suitable ballast, as pegs cannot be driven into this surface. Each anchor point must achieve a minimum holding force of 160kg/f, which means a large concrete ballast block is required at every anchor location. Additional equipment and charges will apply.
Asphalt Outdoors For safety, outdoor setups on asphalt must be secured using suitable ballast, as pegs cannot be driven into this surface. Each anchor point must achieve a minimum holding force of 160kg/f, which means a large concrete ballast block is required at every anchor location. Additional equipment and charges will apply.
Dry Hire You have selected dry hire. This means you are hiring the equipment only. BRJC will deliver, set up and pack down the equipment. You (the hirer) will be responsible for providing a competent supervising adult who is at least 18 years old to monitor the equipment during operation, follow all safe operating procedures provided, and actively monitor the weather throughout the hire period. This includes logging wind speeds using the wind gauge provided by BRJC.
Supervised Hire You have selected supervised hire. BRJC will deliver/collect, set up/pack down and supervise the equipment during operation. The equipment will be supervised by trained BRJC staff in accordance with BRJC’s operating procedures and applicable Australian Standards. This includes active supervision and weather monitoring during operation. This option is well suited to schools, public events, larger functions, and any booking where dedicated onsite supervision is preferred.

Flexible timing means BRJC can schedule delivery or collection within our normal run. Specific timing means you need us there at an exact time.

Flexible Delivery Timing You have selected flexible delivery timing. This means BRJC can schedule delivery as part of our normal delivery run, provided the equipment is installed before your event starts. In some cases, delivery may occur up to 1–3 days before your event under our standard flexible delivery conditions. Between Palm Cove and Edmonton, no additional delivery fees will apply.
Specific Delivery Time Required You have selected a specific delivery time. This means BRJC will need to attend at an exact time due to your event or venue requirements. Additional charges may apply.
Flexible Collection Timing You have selected flexible collection timing. This means BRJC can return to collect the equipment within our normal run rather than attending at an exact time. This is usually the most cost-effective option.
Specific Collection Time Required You have selected a specific delivery time. This means BRJC will need to attend at an exact time to suit your event or venue requirements. As this falls outside our standard flexible delivery conditions, additional delivery fees will apply, including to bookings between Palm Cove and Edmonton.
